This is a community driven website that encourages the free distribution of law school notes and outlines. There is no pay-wall and there are no credits. Once you sign up and log in, you are free to search, rate and download any of the notes and outlines in our database. As a member, you are encouraged to help develop our database by sharing your own notes and outlines.

There are two methods of submission available to you:
A) Share your notes with book information, or
B) Share your notes without book information

If you have notes and outlines that pertain to a specific casebook, you are encouraged to use the first method.
1. Clicking on 'Share your notes > With book information' will bring you to the first page of the submission process.
2. You may enter either the ISBN# or click on the title search tab to find your casebook.
3. Once your casebook has been found, hit the 'Submit' button and you will be brought to the second page of the submission process.
4. You may upload up to five files with your submission.
5. Specify whether you are uploading notes, outlines, or both notes & outlines.
6. Enter your class/course name.
7. Select your school from the drop down menu.
8. Enter your professor's name, omitting any titles.
9. The rest of the fields pertain to your casebook and will already be populated. Disregard any empty fields.
10. Hit submit! You're done - the entire process can be completed in under one minute.

If you have notes and outlines that do not pertain to any specific casebook, you should use the second method.
1. Clicking on 'Share your notes > Without book information' will bring you to the submission page.
2. You may upload up to five files with your submission.
3. Specify whether you are uploading notes, outlines, or both notes & outlines.
4. Enter your class/course name.
5. Select your school from the drop down menu.
6. Enter your professor's name, omitting any titles.
7. Hit submit!

The text fields used to enter your class/course and professors' names will auto-complete if the information is in our database. Every time a member enters information such as a course name or professor's name for the first time, it is entered into a vocabulary database. This helps to ensure a standardized nomenclature throughout the site. So when you search for 'Criminal law outline,' you won't miss out on a submission because the course is listed as 'Crim law.' If a vocabulary term is entered erroneously, contact an administrator and it will be amended or deleted.
